Tree Services for Albuquerque and the Rio Grande Valley
One company for residential and commercial tree work — from the old canopy around Nob Hill and our home turf in the SE Heights out to the Westside subdivisions around Taylor Ranch, and up and down the valley from Placitas and Rio Rancho to Los Lunas and Belen. Start with the symptom you are looking at: branches on the roof, a leaning elm, a stump you keep mowing around, a cottonwood that did not leaf out this spring. We also handle yard cleanup, debris haul-off and tree planting. Every service starts with a free written estimate, in every part of Albuquerque we work in and every community we serve.

Eleven Years in Albuquerque, Our Own Crews on Every Job
What should you know before hiring a tree service? Ask every bidder for proof of insurance, ask who will actually be on your property, and get the price in writing. The low bid is usually an uninsured crew or a subcontractor you never met. Here is what we can put in writing — starting with a free written estimate on every job.
Eleven years in Albuquerque, over 1,000 projects
Founded in 2015, with over 1,000 projects completed across Albuquerque and the valley towns from Rio Rancho to Los Lunas — elms over roofs, alleys strung with overhead lines, tight city lots, commercial frontage. Over 1,000 customers have had us on their property, and not much on an Albuquerque lot surprises us anymore.
100% of jobs done by our own crews
The people who quote your job are the company that does it. We do not subcontract our work, so there is no brokered-out crew you never met showing up in your yard. The accountability for the rigging over your roof stays with us from the first look to the last rake.
Licensed, bonded and insured — NM license #L1313927408
A tree over your roof is a liability question before it is a tree question. Roque Tree Service is licensed (NM license #L1313927408), bonded and insured, and we will show you the paperwork before a saw starts. Ask every company bidding your job to do the same; the lowest bid usually cannot.
24/7 emergency service — out within about an hour, depending on distance
April and May are the windiest months of the year here, and monsoon outflow winds from mid-June to mid-September put top-heavy elms and cottonwoods on roofs. When it happens to you, call (505) 306-2007 and tell us what came down; we head out within about an hour, depending on distance, any hour of any day. If a power line is involved, contact PNM first.
Family owned, with our own boom truck and chipper
Roque Tree Service is 100% family owned, and the equipment on your job is ours: a boom truck that puts the saw over the roof from the ground, and a chipper that turns a day's worth of limbs into a clean yard before we leave. No borrowed machines, no waiting on someone else's schedule.

How It Works
From the Estimate Form to a Clean Yard
Step 1
Request a free estimate
Send the details through the Get Free Estimate form — what the tree is doing, what is under it, a photo if you have one. Emergencies: call (505) 306-2007, any hour, seven days a week, and we head out within about an hour, depending on distance.
Step 2
We look at it and put the price in writing
We look at the tree, the targets beneath it — roof, block wall, the neighbor's yard, the PNM service drop — and how the boom truck reaches it on a tight Albuquerque lot. One thing worth knowing early: a tree in the sidewalk strip or a median is in the public right-of-way and needs a City Forester permit before it is trimmed or removed; a tree wholly on your own lot does not. The estimate is free and in writing.
Step 3
Our own crew does the work
The crew that shows up is ours — 100% of our jobs are done by our own crews, licensed, bonded and insured. Limbs and trunk sections are rigged and lowered under control over roofs, driveways and block walls. If the tree is touching a PNM line, the utility comes first: PNM trims its own lines and will disconnect the service drop so a tree crew can work safely, but it does not trim the drop itself — that part is ours.
Step 4
Cleanup, chipping and haul-off
Limbs go through the chipper on site, wood and debris are hauled unless you want them left, and the yard is walked before the truck leaves. We work on your property the way we would want a crew to work on ours.
